JIG TABLE SCREEN SET JIG NOTCHING SCREEN FRAME KIT
The screen table jig set is designed to be used as a tool for securing screen frame while installing screen fabric. It has five extruded aluminum bars, two that are bolted to the table and three that are moveable. The kit includes 3/4 in screen frame clips. The clips attach to the extruded aluminum bars and slide into various positions to allow for the manufacture of most any size window screen. The sliding clips secure the screen frame firmly and squarely so that screen fabric can be precisely installed. This window screen frame notching jig is used to securely hold the screen frame in place when using a screen frame notching tool (prime-line P 7920). The wood base and slotted wood frame allows for securing a variety of commonly used roll-formed screen frame sizes. The jig set includes one notching tool. Not for use with extruded frame. 1 set per carton.
